The purpose of these terms and conditions is to define the terms of sale, reservation and cancellation of services offered by Spa Ventoux Provence. Any order or reservation implies full acceptance of these conditions.
- Online gift card sales
- Gift cards are available for purchase on our website.
- Each gift card corresponds to a specific service or purchase amount that can be used exclusively at Hôtel & Spa Ventoux Provence.
- The gift card is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
- After this validity period, the gift voucher will be considered lost and cannot be extended, reactivated or reimbursed, even partially.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- The reservation of a service using a gift voucher must be made directly with Spa Ventoux Provence, according to the reservation procedures defined below.
- Reservations for treatments and wellness services
- Any reservation for a treatment or service is subject to the provision of either a deposit or a gift voucher reference. The reservation will only be considered effective on receipt of one of these elements.
- If appointments are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, full payment is due.
- All cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
- If cancellation is made within the required time, the deposit will be retained as a credit note, valid for future services at our establishment.
- No refunds will be made.
- In the event of cancellation within 24 hours of booking:
- If we manage to re-let the slot, the deposit will be converted into a credit note.
- If the slot is not rebooked, the deposit or gift voucher will be considered as having been used and will not give rise to any postponement or refund.
- Conditions for hotel stays
- Hotel stays can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- In case of cancellation within 7 days:
- If the room is re-let, the reservation will be cancelled free of charge.
- If the room is not re-let, the full amount of the reserved stay will be due.
- Treatment services included in the stay or booked separately are subject to the same cancellation conditions as those set out in section 2 above.
- General provisions
- Spa Ventoux Provence reserves the right to modify the present conditions at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force at the time of the order or reservation.
- In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a matter of priority. Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts, in accordance with the rules of French law.
