INTERNAL RULES

• Minimum age

If you are under 18, you can enjoy a treatment in a double cabin with a legal guardian. Access to the spa is forbidden to anyone under 13. Children aged 13 to 18 must be accompanied.

• Special state of health

If you have any health problems or are pregnant, please inform the staff when you book your treatment or when you arrive. Our receptionists can direct you to the most suitable treatments and advise you on what you can and cannot do. If you are pregnant, we strongly advise against using the hammam and sauna.

When you arrive, you must tell us about any health problems you may have.

• Dress code

Please bring your bathing suit (no shorts for men, only swimming trunks, available on site at €15 if required) and clean plastic flip-flops (available on site at €5 if required). We provide a bathrobe, towel, 1 bag and a locker with key for your personal belongings. Any lost keys, bathrobes, towels or bags will be billed to you if they are not returned on your departure. We ask you to wear a bathing suit in the swimming pool, sauna, hammam and communal areas. Flip-flops and towels are recommended in the hammam and sauna to avoid burns and for the sake of hygiene.

• Use of shared facilities

Showering is mandatory before entering the pool or whirlpool. Scrubs are only permitted under the showers (not in the hammam, not in the sauna). Glass bottles are not allowed in the Spa.

• Valuables

We advise you to leave your jewelry and valuables in the lockers provided. Chlorine oxidizes jewelry.

• Late arrival

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time. If you are late, we will be obliged to reduce the duration of your treatment by the time equivalent to your delay. Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the treatment or course not cancelled will remain due.

• Meals and drinks

It is forbidden to eat or drink on the poolside. A refreshment area is at your disposal, as well as a water fountain and an herbal tea dispenser in the corridors. Smoking is not permitted inside the spa. A smoking area is reserved for you outside on the solarium side, so please respect these zones.

• Accommodation booking

Depending on the booking, please refer to the cancellation conditions noted on your booking confirmation. We ask you to respect these deadlines.

• Payment

We accept credit cards, cheques, vacation vouchers and cash.

• Ecological awareness

Respecting your environment is part of your spa experience. Use only the number of towels and bathrobes you are given. Avoid using sunscreens and other products.

Bring an ECO CUP or a flask or bottle of water (no glass allowed) to help yourself to our herbal tea. To protect the environment, we no longer distribute disposable glass. You’ll find reusable ECO CUPs for €1 on sale on site.

• Fitness room: clean sneakers and sportswear mandatory – no bathrobes allowed in this room

Free access for adults only. You must have completed and signed OUR RULES to gain access and certify that you are fit to practice sport and that you are fully familiar with the operation of all the equipment in our hall. There MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 2 USERS IN THIS ROOM. If this is not the case, please contact reception.

• Group accommodation

Deposit of 30% upon reservation. This deposit is non-refundable within four months of arrival. Full payment is required one week prior to arrival.
