The hammam, also known as the Moorish bath or Turkish bath in the West, promotes relaxation. Its ritual and rhythm make it a true haven of peace. To free yourself from the muscular tension and toxins that plague your body, immerse yourself in a steam bath.
End your session with a warm bath, and you’ll sleep like a baby. Follow with a cool shower and you’ll feel intensely invigorated.
Can the hammam relieve stress?
Better than anything else. This is particularly important in today’s fast-paced society. The hammam offers us a much-needed break from everyday worries: a warm, soothing mist of steam envelops you and brings you calm.

Can steam baths help you lose weight?
The steam bath causes your body to lose water, resulting in temporary weight loss. Only a regular exercise program and a balanced diet can help you lose weight sustainably. The hammam can nevertheless be a wonderful moment of relaxation after a physical workout.
Should the hammam be part of my training program?
Go for a jog, let off steam on the treadmill or elliptical, swim for an hour, take an Aquabike or Aquagym class. Then immerse yourself in a steam bath for around 10 minutes. Finish with a shower and you’ll feel miraculously rejuvenated.
