Renfo Swiss Ball
The swiss ball is a lightweight ball with which you can perform a variety of exercises. Sitting on a Swiss Ball causes the muscles of the knees, ankles and hips to contract. The various exercises strengthen deep muscles and the spine, while toning the figure. A stronger core helps reduce back pain. Gentle deep muscle strengthening.
