Baby swimmers from 4 months to 4 years
Baby swimming classes offer a wonderful opportunity to introduce our little ones to the aquatic environment from an early age.
These sessions provide a safe, fun space for babies and their parents to explore the joys of water together. Through simple, adapted activities, babies gradually develop a familiarity with water, building their confidence and aquatic skills from an early age.

Gym for pregnant women
Classes for pregnant women, ideal for physical activity during pregnancy. Pregnancy gym classes offer a gentle and beneficial approach to maintaining physical activity during pregnancy. Adapted to the specific needs of expectant mothers, these classes take place in the water, offering a supportive and soothing environment.
Guided by our experienced coaches, pregnant women can participate in gentle muscle strengthening, stretching and moderate cardio exercises, all designed to support health and well-being during pregnancy. Water offers a natural resistance that helps tone muscles without stressing joints, which is particularly beneficial for pregnant women.
In addition to the physical benefits, aquatic gym classes for pregnant women encourage an emotional connection with the unborn baby and offer a moment of relaxation in a safe environment. Private lessons - Learn to swim
Private lessons are for children or adults, to help you get to grips with the water or learn to swim. Whether you have a phobia of the water or would like to perfect your swimming skills, our instructors are here to help and teach you, according to your level or that of your child.
For children, private lessons are the continuation of Bébé Nageur, one-to-one with the teacher for better concentration and more effective learning.
Learning to swim for children is an adventure of discovery and confidence. Guided by our coaches, children explore the water, learning to float, move and swim with confidence.
This experience develops not only physical skills, but also discipline, safety and the pleasure of moving in the water.
Every splash and every step forward is a proud moment.
