The aqua training session lasts 45 minutes: it’s a real sports circuit made up of several workshops that work specific muscles of the body.
1 class = 3 workshops: Races, Aqua Jump, Aqua Bike, Aqua Boxing, Aqua Palme … ! Flexible and varied activities!
