Discover gliding in Provence, at the foot of Mont Ventoux. A friendly team of volunteers is waiting to help you practice or discover this wonderful sport in complete safety.

Gliding is a weather-dependent activity. To make the most of it, we prefer sunny days with little wind.
You’ll need a hat, cap or bob, sunglasses and shoes that fit your feet (no flip-flops or flip-flops).
And don’t forget to adapt your clothing to the season: shorts and a T-shirt in summer, or warm clothing in winter.
