In Malaucène, at the food of the Mont Ventoux, in Vaucluse / Provence come to enjoy your moment of wellbeing at the Spa Ventoux Provence. Enjoy the pleasure of a delicious breakfast every morning from 8 to 10 a.m. in our Hotel Ventoux Provence "Domaine des Tilleuls" - during the sunny season even outside on the terrace in a overwhelming park of linden and plane trees.
The breakfast includes "viennoiseries" as croissants and "pain au chocolat", different kinds of bread and of coures jam, honey and fruit juice from the region. Fresh and seasonal fruits, yoghurt, cereals or even hearty ingredients as ham, cheese and eggs - a good choice to start your day. Don't forget to make a reservation.

The "Petit-Déjeuner Bien-être" will not be prepared as a buffet. We will ask you to make your choice in advance so that we can serve you at the table from 8 to 10 a.m.

La Ferme du Gros Noyer, patrimoine familial depuis la Révolution, a suivi et participé à l'évolution économique de Malaucène.
La dernière à être née à la ferme, Nelly, exploitante agricole, et Joël, son mari, décident un jour de tranformer les Hangars agricoles en Balnéothérapie, pour renouer avec la tradition " Malaucène village du bien-être ", dixit Clément V.
Il y avait 3 Hangars : le N°1 aujourd'hui restaurant, l'accueil du Spa était le N°2 et le N°3 se situait au niveau de la salle de fitness jusqu'à la piscine. Le bâtiment piscine aurait pu s'appeler Hangar N°4.
Pour revenir au Hangar N°1, de remise agricole à atelier de réparation en passant par la forge, la seul machine qui n'a jamais changé de place et qui est toujours en parfait état de fonctionnement est " La Meule" que vous pouvez admirer.
