Aquatraining


The aqua training session lasts 45 minutes: this is a true sports circuit is formed of several workshops that work specific muscles of the body.

1 lesson = 3 workshops: Races, Aqua Jump, Aqua Bike, Boxing Aqua, Aqua Palme ...! During the modular activities!

It is a complete sport, dynamic and fun! The workshops allow to work a specific area of your body to reduce cellulite and tone up.

In detail, the aquatraining is ideal to train muscles and your heart, improve circulation, strengthen your muscles, it also improves endurance.
