Shrimp salad and apricots

 

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

250 g cooked and peeled prawns
4 Apricots
1 romaine salad
1 small chilli
1 Lime
3 tbsp. tablespoons orange juice
4 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
1 tsp. Coffee honey
3 tbsp. Coffee sesame
salt

Wash the apricots, remove the cores and slice them. Rinse, drain and chop the salad. Gather all in a bowl with the shrimp.

Remove the seeds and chop the chilli. Mix it in a bowl with the orange juice, green lemon juice, honey, salt and olive oil. Whisk with a fork.

Pour into the bowl, mix quickly and sprinkle with sesame. Serve immediately.
